1 General Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 29bd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at 29bd.club and all services, games, promotions, and features made available through it. By accessing the platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

29bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of 29bd following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 29bd. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials or bonus-specific terms, the more specific document shall take precedence in relation to the subject matter of that conflict.

Definitions

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the 29bd platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account, including both real-money and bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or matched deposit credit awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements.
• "Game" means any casino game, sports betting market, crash game, or other wagering product available on the platform.
• "Wager" means any bet or stake placed by a Player on a Game.
• "Winnings" means any monetary amount credited to a Player's Account as a result of a successful Wager.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

The 29bd platform is strictly intended for adult users. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account, make a deposit, or place any wager on 29bd. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. 29bd operates a zero-tolerance policy with regard to underage gambling and will take all reasonable steps to verify player ages, including requesting government-issued identification documents.

In addition to the age requirement, the following eligibility conditions apply to all players:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering the account in your own name.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at any point when 29bd requests updated verification documents.
• You must not be a current or former employee of 29bd, its partners, or its game providers, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

3 Account Registration & Management

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the 29bd platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of any outstanding balances, and a permanent ban from the platform.

Registration Requirements

When creating your 29bd account, you must provide accurate information in all required fields. 29bd reserves the right to close any account where false, misleading, or incomplete information has been provided. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username and password — confidential. You must notify 29bd support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

• One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Account details must match the name on your payment method (e.g., bKash registered name must match account name).
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.
• 29bd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended for all accounts.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your 29bd account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus balances that have not yet met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment account verified in your own name — the same method used for your most recent deposit where possible.
• Standard bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval, subject to KYC completion.
• Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is approved.
• 29bd reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent or collusive activity.

Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have its bonus balance and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.

6 Responsible Gaming

29bd is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We believe that gaming should be an entertaining leisure activity, not a means of generating income or escaping personal problems. 7 Prohibited Conduct

8 Limitation of Liability

Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our reasonable control may occasionally affect platform availability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 29bd expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 29bd does not warrant that the platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations.

Cap on Liability

In no event shall 29bd's aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — exceed the total amount you have deposited into your 29bd account during the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 29bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure that affects the integrity of a game or betting market, 29bd reserves the right to void the relevant wagers and return stakes to the affected players' accounts. 29bd will not be liable for any anticipated winnings that were not credited due to a malfunction, and the decision of 29bd's technical team regarding the resolution of a malfunction event is final.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to 29bd's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through 29bd's internal complaints procedure should be escalated in writing to our support team at the email address listed below. 29bd will acknowledge all formal complaints within 5 business days and aim to provide a final resolution within 28 days.
